What we do

• Secure checkout: payments are handled in-app (no off-platform transfers)
• Funds held safely: payment is only released when the transaction is completed
• Buyer Protection: buyers may pay a small protection fee per order to support secure transactions, support, and dispute resolution
• Issues handled fast: report a problem within 2 days of delivery to request support or a refund review

Authentication

TREASURED does not automatically authenticate every item. We encourage buyers to review photos, descriptions, and ask questions before purchasing.

For select high-value items, we may offer optional verification/authentication services in the future or through partners.
