How do I sell an item?

1. Create an account
2. Click List for free
3. Upload photos
4. Add description and price
5. Publish your listing
Your item will become visible to buyers immediately.

How many items can I sell?

There is no limit to how many items you can list.

What photos should I upload?

Use clear photos with good lighting.

Recommended photos:
• Front view
• Back view
• Brand label
• Any signs of wear

More photos increase buyer trust and improve the chances of selling.

How do I price my item?

You decide the price.
We recommend checking similar listings to price your item competitively.

What happens after I sell something?

Once your item sells:
1. You will receive a notification
2. Pack the item securely
3. Ship it within the required timeframe
After delivery is confirmed, your payout will be processed.

Shipping recommendations for sellers

To help prevent disputes and ensure smooth deliveries, sellers are encouraged to:
• pack items securely before shipping
• send the order within the required shipping timeframe
• take photos of the item before packaging
• take photos of the parcel once packed (inside and outside)

These photos may be useful if an issue occurs during delivery and a review of the shipment is required.

How do sellers get paid?

Sellers receive payouts after the buyer confirms delivery.
Payments are transferred to the seller’s registered payout method.

Are there selling fees?

TREASURED charges a small commission on completed sales.
The exact fee will be shown before listing your item.

Are there listing fees?

No. Listing items on TREASURED is completely free.
You only pay a fee when your item sells.

What items cannot be sold on TREASURED?

To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, certain products cannot be listed.

Examples include items that are:
• illegal or restricted by law
• unsafe or hazardous
• unhygienic or unsuitable for resale
• counterfeit or misleading

TREASURED reserves the right to remove listings that violate these guidelines.

Can I temporarily pause my listings?

Yes. Sellers can activate Away Mode if they are temporarily unavailable to ship orders.

While Away Mode is active:
• purchases will be paused
• listings will remain visible on your profile
• you can reactivate selling whenever you are ready.

Can I promote my listings?

TREASURED offers optional promotional tools that help increase visibility.

Sellers may choose to:
• promote individual items to improve their position in search results
• promote their profile to showcase their closet to more buyers

These tools can help attract additional attention to your listings.

What are bundle offers?

Buyers may combine several items from the same seller into a single purchase.

This allows:
• multiple items to be shipped together
• potential discounts when sellers offer bundle pricing

Bundle options can be managed in the seller settings.

Can I send offers to interested buyers?

Yes. When someone favorites your listing, you may send them a private price offer.

This feature allows sellers to propose a reduced price and encourage the buyer to complete the purchase.

Buyers may also submit their own offers if the seller enables this option.
